"Sell More" is an application that allows the salesperson to submit their observations of the prospects behaviors right after they finish their sales call. On an aggregated basis, the prospects behavior data tells us how the market is reacting to the sales approach during the sales call. Since the goal is to have the prospect relaxed, feeling in control and not pressured, the data gives us insight into how the salesperson is running the call. The data in turn, allows the sales manager to proactively interact with the salesperson in real time with pinpoint coaching.
The salesperson can gain invaluable feedback on their adoption of the sales training and coaching. Additionally, the data can be compared between reps selling the same products in the same markets. Over time, the data will provide the manager with predictive analytics when evaluating their sales team. Currently, managers rely on data submitted into a CRM to evaluate a reps performance. The data is old and biased since the rep is being asked to evaluate their performance. As a result, this data is of little use when the manager has to coach their sales team to success. We want to enable the manager to help their reps "Sell More" as they progress through their career.
